Job summary

LCG is seeking a Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer to manage enterprise Windows endpoints with Ivanti EPM, Intune, and IBM BigFix for NIH client operations. You will implement patching, deployment, and compliance, serving as Tier-3 escalation for complex issues.

The role requires 3–5 years of Windows endpoint experience, with certifications such as CompTIA Security+. Hybrid work arrangement (minimum 2 days onsite) is available, and collaboration with Security and Server teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Windows endpoint administration in a large enterprise.
• 3+ years with Ivanti; 1+ year with Intune; 2–3+ years with BigFix.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Mentorship and training experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ivanti EPM, Intune, and BigFix across workstations and laptops.
• Monitor health and incidents using Ivanti Service Manager and Microsoft Intune.
• Patch management and compliance reporting for Windows and third-party apps.
• Package and deploy applications; assist server team with imaging and patching.
• Collaborate on GPOs, imaging, and endpoint configurations in AD.
• Provide Tier-3 support for complex endpoint issues and root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation and deliver hands-on Ivanti/Intune training.
