Hybrid work arrangement based in Durham, NC. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in enterprise Windows endpoint environments, strong expertise with Intune, SCCM/MECM, CMG, and MVD/AVD, plus Azure AD and Defender products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows endpoint environments.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, CMG.
• Experience with MVD/AVD environments.
• Knowledge of Azure AD and Defender for Endpoint/Identity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for physical endpoint and MVD environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain endpoint management solutions (Intune, SCCM, CMG).
• Drive endpoint modernization, cloud-based management, and automation.
• Integrate endpoints with Azure AD and Defender products.
• Develop and enforce endpoint security policies for CUI compliance.
• Manage OS deployments, patching, app packaging, and software distribution.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues; provide guidance to teams.
