Piper Companies seeks a Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer to lead enterprise Windows endpoint management and modernization in a highly regulated environment. The role covers physical endpoints, Microsoft Virtual/Desktop, and security integrations.

Based in Durham, NC with a hybrid schedule, you will design and implement Intune, SCCM, CMG, and Azure AD integrations while guiding security policy, patching, imaging, and automation to meet regulatory CUI requirements.

Qualifications

6+ years managing enterprise Windows endpoint environments.
Hands-on with Intune, SCCM/MECM and CMG.
Experience with MVD/AVD and Azure AD/Defender suites.
Knowledge of CUI compliance and endpoint security best practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for physical endpoints and MVD environments.
Design and maintain endpoint management solutions using Intune, SCCM, CMG.
Drive modernization, cloud-based management, and automation initiatives.
Integrate endpoints with Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint, and Defender for Identity.
Develop/ enforce endpoint security policies to protect CUI and regulatory compliance.
Manage OS deployments, patching, packaging, and software distribution.
Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and guide infrastructure/security teams.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and systems teams to improve performance and security.
