Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior Windows engineering or EUC roles.
• Expertise with Windows 11, Autopilot, Intune, and security baselines.
• Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC and AVD environments.
• Strong scripting and automation using PowerShell, Terraform, and related IaC tools.
• Ability to define persona-based workspace models and user standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise digital workspace solutions across physical, virtual, and cloud.
• Lead engineering for Windows 11 platforms, Autopilot, Group Policy, patching, lifecycle management.
• Engineer and optimize Azure VMware Solution environments for VDI workloads.
• Align Windows 365 and AVD with enterprise standards and security baselines.
• Develop persona-based workspace models for diverse user groups.
• Create automation via PowerShell, Terraform, APIs, and IaC tooling.
• Optimize application delivery, profile management, and logon performance.
• Establish standards, monitoring, and security controls for digital workspaces.
