Qualifications
3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
Strong experience with accessibility APIs and a dedication to inclusion.
Excellent software engineering fundamentals including memory management and multi-threading.
Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.
Strong communication skills with a user-centric mindset.
