Job summary

Speechify is seeking a Windows Application Developer based in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with Windows App SDK, WinUI, and C#. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in code architecture and driving accessibility efforts. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000-200,000 USD/year plus bonus and stock options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and ideally C++.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of native Windows applications.
• Drive accessibility efforts and integrate relevant accessibility frameworks.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features, ensuring quality and reliability.
