Job summary

Black Optix Tint in Spring, TX is seeking an experienced Window Tint Installer to join our growing shop. You will work on automotive and architectural tinting projects, delivering clean installations and great customer service.

Candidates should have at least two years of professional tinting experience; PPF or ceramic coating experience is a strong plus. We offer base pay or commissions, a six‑month retention bonus, and room to grow as we build a high‑quality local shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional automotive or residential/commercial window tinting experience.
• PPF installation and/or ceramic coating experience is a strong plus.
• Willing to cross-train and share skills with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Install window tint on automotive and architectural projects with clean workmanship.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Cross-train and expand skill set as the shop grows.
