Job description

Hiring: Experienced Window Tint Installer - Automotive & Architectural

Black Optix Tint - Spring, TX

4333 Kreinhop Rd, Suite 108

We offer guaranteed base pay or earned commissions, whichever is greater, plus a six-month retention bonus. Compensation and bonus eligibility terms will be agreed upon at hiring and are dependant upon experience.

We're opening our Spring shop and looking for someone with at least two years of professional automotive or residential/commercial window tinting experience. PPF installation and/or ceramic coating experience is a strong plus.

We want someone who takes pride in clean installations, works well with others, and enjoys helping customers. Experience in both automotive and architectural film is welcome, but you don't need to know every service - being willing to cross-train and share your skills matters.

Join a locally owned shop backed by the Black Optix Tint franchise's industry knowledge, vendor relationships, and training resources. We're building a business focused on quality workmanship and customer service, with services spanning tint, PPF, ceramic coatings, wraps, and automotive accessories.

This is an opportunity to help shape a new shop, expand your skills, and take on more responsibility as we grow.

Full-time and part-time opportunities. Saturday availability required.
