Job summary

• Minimum 5+ years of window installation/service experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of siding installation and service projects.
• Manage install and service crews while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Ensure installation practices comply with manufacturer guidelines and warranty requirements.
• Track time and materials for each installation project.
• Maintain safe operation of all equipment.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Mentor new associates and train others.
• Oversee a team of 10+ associates and budget accountability.
