Job summary

Raymond Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an experienced Window Install/Service Lead to direct a small crew and oversee installation and service projects in southwest Florida. You will install window products, follow field supervisor instructions, and ensure timely completion with high quality and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily work, tracking time and materials, maintaining equipment, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of window installation/service experience required.
• Ability to lead a small team and train others.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work and coordinate activities for under 10 associates.
• Install window materials per instructions and by trained crew.
• Track time and materials for each project.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Provide quality customer service and uphold safety standards.
• Attend training on new installation methods.
• Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge.
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
