Job summary
P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our Production team. This role is responsible for completing installations according to contracts while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience installing and repairing windows, doors, and siding.
- Ability to lift up to 105 pounds safely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time to job sites in uniform and prepared.
- Review job packets to understand scope before installation.
- Inspect materials for accuracy before starting.
- Complete window and door installations per standards.
- Demonstrate product operations to homeowners.
- Submit completed timesheets daily.
- Maintain communication with Production Coordinator before/after each shift.
