P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our Production team. This role is responsible for completing installations to company standards and customer contracts while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include on-site punctuality, reviewing project scope, protecting work areas, and completing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of window and door installation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 105 pounds safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to job sites in uniform and prepared for the workday.
• Review job packets to understand full scope before installation.
• Inspect delivered materials for accuracy before starting.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.
• Prepare and protect the work area and maintain site cleanliness.
• Complete window and door installations per standards and contracts.
• Relay job-site concerns to Lead Installer or Project Manager promptly.
• Review completed work for quality prior to leaving site.
• Demonstrate product operations to homeowners.
• Submit completed timesheets daily.
• Collect required customer payments upon completion.
