Vestas is seeking a Wind Site Technician III at Four Horizons in Seymour, TX, to keep wind turbines running smoothly through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship in a busy field environment.

You will engage in diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance, while following strict safety protocols. Training opportunities include GWO certifications and on-site coaching, with a sign-on bonus of $2,500.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of wind energy experience.
• Must be safety-conscious with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying conditions.
• English communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines with your team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols, perform safety inspections, and cultivate a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with your team to improve turbine performance, share best practices, and support change initiatives.
• Document your work thoroughly and propose improvements to work instructions and operational processes.
• Support specialty projects (e.g., crane work, CIM) and mentor junior technicians.
