Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Technical Studies or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Quality Management, Construction/Manufacturing/Engineering environments.
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, APQP or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within North America and internationally; valid passport; driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management activities across project execution.
• Ensure wind turbine deliveries and installations meet customer specs and quality requirements.
• Act as primary quality representative for customers and audits.
• Review customer quality requirements during offers and tenders.
• Develop and manage Project Quality Plans for North American projects.
• Communicate contractual quality requirements across manufacturing and project teams.
• Lead non-conformity resolution and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate customer audits and supplier quality programs.
• Support installation quality activities with on-site teams.
• Transfer quality documentation and lessons learned during handover to Operations.
