Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an experienced Mechanical engineer to join a fast-paced wind fleet management team focused on turbine availability and production. You will resolve technical customer issues, monitor fleet performance, and support service bulletin implementation in coordination with cross-functional teams.

The role requires engineering education and strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems and adapt solutions within policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (USA) or HS diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
• Ability to plan, document, and execute programs with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support installed base: issue resolution, fleet support, and maintenance of fleet data.
• Implement service bulletins and monitoring/diagnostics for fleet issues.
• Develop deep technical knowledge and apply it to policy/strategy execution.
• Provide guidance to teammates and collaborate across teams as needed.
• Contribute interpersonal skills and leadership where applicable.
