Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience as a technical lead on software projects.
- Experience with Internet, WiFi, gateway, and router technologies.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Java.
- Expert in Linux and RDKB.
- Experience with WiFi sensing algorithms.
- Experience with TensorFlow Lite and NPU offload.
- Expertise in model quantization.
- Skilled in using AI tools to improve software development.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, optimization, and expansion of the WiFi Motion sensing solution.
- Architect scalable software for smart home platforms.
- Provide technical leadership on software projects.
- Develop and optimize firmware for gateways and routers.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support the software release process to ensure efficient delivery.
- Drive adoption of AI tools within software development.
