Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Senior Engineer, Workforce Management to design, optimize, and enable scalable WFM processes across the CX team. You will translate operational needs into scalable rules and collaborate with technology partners to automate workflows and improve forecasting, planning, and productivity.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, scenario planning, and governance to realize tangible benefits in a global, multi-channel environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Workforce Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, skills management, and service-level planning.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable workflows and rules.
• Experience with SQL, low-code automation, scripting, or data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize core WFM processes for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and skilling.
• Configure workflows with technology partners and automate manual activities.
• Develop scenario-planning tools to evaluate staffing and cost tradeoffs.
• Lead design reviews, UAT, and implement governance to ensure benefits.
• Collaborate across Workforce Management, Operations, Technology, and external vendors.
