• At least six years’ experience managing the new construction of wet laboratories.
• Experience on a project valued at least $20 million in New England.
• Ability to develop and control budgets and funding strategies.
• Scheduling and coordination of project interactions among occupied facilities.
• Managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories.
• Familiarity with Federal and local government office building projects, with procedural, review and approval requirements.
