Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring part-time therapists to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within our EmpowerMe 360 program. You will assess residents, develop personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.

You will support wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth, while maintaining professional standards and contributing to program development.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Love for teamwork, connection, and being visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults (physical, occupational, or speech).
• Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver interventions in a team.
• Support care coordination with wellness check-ins and caregiver communication.
• Deliver telehealth support as part of care delivery.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards aligned with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
