GenCare Lifestyle @ Pt. Ruston in Tacoma is seeking a PART TIME Wellness Coordinator (Thursday-Saturday) to join our Premier IL/AL/Memory Care senior living team. This role focuses on staffing, administrative nursing support, and staff training to ensure excellent resident care.

Ideal candidates have CNA/Med Tech certification, scheduling experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. English fluency and weekend availability are required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• CNA / MED TECH Certification is required.
• Experience with scheduling is required.
• Weekend support is required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to function as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Management skills.
• Ability to problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and their family members.
