EmpowerMe Wellness seeks therapists to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy to older adults as part of the EmpowerMe 360 program. You will assess needs, develop personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions within a collaborative team.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
