Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Wellness Coordinator in Nashua, NH to lead wellness and fitness programs for older adults and participants in home, clinic, and community settings. You’ll supervise a Wellness Instructor and Massage Therapist, manage budgets, and ensure safe, engaging programming that aligns with Powerback’s philosophy of care.

You should have a bachelor’s or master’s in a related field and 3+ years of program management experience, plus certifications such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training or related discipline.
• Three years’ experience in management/program development in club wellness or school settings.
• Certifications in a wellness/fitness field (ACE-CPT, NSCA-CPT/CSCS/CSPS, NASM-CPT, ACSM-CPT/EP/CEP, ATC).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized 1:1 fitness programs for older adults.
• Develop health and wellness programs aligned with Powerback concepts.
• Maintain equipment safety, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to safety planning and budget development for wellness activities.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, and daily staffing under DOR guidance.
• Build relationships with facility teams and act as on-site Powerback representative.
• Follow laws, payor policies, and professional standards in service delivery.
