Job summary

Active Wellness is seeking an experienced Activate Program Manager to oversee an 18‑month pilot at Sun Health’s Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, AZ. You will manage participant engagement, data collection, and program delivery to improve biometric health markers and overall wellbeing for residents.

You will lead a team, coordinate with staff and healthcare providers, ensure safety and quality, and report outcomes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in exercise science/health & fitness or equivalent
• Nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification
• National Health Coach certification preferred
• CPR/AED certification required
• Proof of citizenship or legal status required

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the Activate Pilot at Grandview Terrace.
• Develop marketing and promotions for the Pilot.
• Create health/wellness education for participants.
• Oversee onboarding, assessments, data collection, and exercise prescription.
• Coach participants to achieve health metrics and sustainable habits.
• Manage Pilot team and participate in hiring as applicable.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards across the program.
• Track participation, adherence, and outcomes monthly, quarterly and annually.
