Job summary

The Claiborne at Woodstock, a Claiborne Senior Living community, seeks a clinically strong and people-focused Director of Wellness to lead health services within our senior living community. This RN/LPN leader will take ownership of clinical outcomes, uphold resident safety, and drive a culture of safety and excellence.

You will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise LPNs, CNAs, and care staff, and partner with executives to shape service planning and family

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)
• Multi-state experience a plus
• Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations
• Experience supervising and coaching clinical team members
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical services and resident care operations
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and company policies
• Lead Health Services Evaluations (HSEs) and service planning
• Monitor quality indicators, incident trends, and change-of-condition processes
• Supervise and develop LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs, and Caregivers
• Manage medication systems, pharmacy partnerships, and documentation standards
• Support family communication and care conferences
• Prepare for participate in regulatory surveys and quality audits
• Drive a culture of safety, integrity, and clinical excellence
