Senior Solutions, Inc in Dahlonega, GA seeks a nurse leader to oversee resident care operations. Licensure as RN or LPN is required. You will ensure care quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance for a community setting.

Responsibilities include managing wellness policies, medication oversight, infection control, budgeting, and collaborative planning with the Executive leadership. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a health care community.
• At least one year of administrative or supervisory experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, emergency care, and first-aid.
• Must obtain Continuing Education credits as required by state.
• Must have Alzheimer and Dementia training with Validation Therapy focus.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain wellness objectives, standards, and policies.
• Manage medication inventory and MARs; ensure staff dispensing meds is qualified.
• Oversee infection control policy and maintain supplies.
• Assist leadership in planning, budgeting, and decision-making for wellness care services.
• Provide administrative authority and accountability for wellness personnel.
• Coordinate with Food Service Director to ensure physician-prescribed diets.
• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, counsel, and discharge wellness staff.
• Maintain documentation of wellness care and resident response.
