Qualifications

2+ years of wellness-related experience (K12, campus dining, or corporate wellness)
Serve-Safe certification required or obtained within twelve weeks from date of hire
Good working knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions
Familiarity with nutrition analysis software

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver nutrition and wellness programs and initiatives for clients
Develop educational materials for events such as health fairs and client presentations
Manage menu development and ensure accurate nutrient analyses
Lead implementation of wellness initiatives and provide training for assigned accounts
Serve as nutrition education resource and provide sustainability guidance
Audit nutrition and allergen information for compliance with wellness standards
Support sales efforts and assist with quarterly business reviews
