Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employer health and wellness promotion fostering a culture of wellness in a corporate environment.
• 5+ years of experience with wellness programs and services.
• 3+ years demonstrated project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with corporate employee benefit programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
• Develop a deep understanding of business needs and goals to propose innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, coordination, management, and maintenance of a large national corporation wellness program across virtual, onsite and hybrid requirements.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and champions to drive goals and wellness culture.
• Recommend Wellness Calendar with onsite screening initiatives and engagement events with vendor partners.
• Support client benefits/total rewards teams in wellness events (onsite, virtual, hybrid) and coordinate referrals to programs.
• Present CVS Health resources and programs to clients for consideration.
