Job summary

Londonderry Village in Palmyra, PA is seeking a Fitness & Aquatics Instructor to supervise the Wellness Center, guide residents through personalized exercise plans, and lead group classes in both land and pool settings.

The role requires certifications in Personal Training or Group Fitness, Lifeguard, and CPR/First Aid, with a Monday–Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm shift. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Wellness Facilities: monitor pool, spa, and fitness room for safety and proper equipment use.
• Instruct Safe Exercise Techniques: teach correct form and safety practices to prevent injuries.
• Design Individualized Fitness Programs: create personalized training plans for one-on-one sessions.
• Lead Group Exercise Classes: develop dynamic group sessions on land and in the pool.
• Coordinate Fitness Appointments: schedule evaluations and orientations; manage paperwork.
