Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years experience in spot, stud welding and clinch studding.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand 8+ hours.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding machines per specs.
• Fabricate parts to standard.
• Troubleshoot misalignments and defects.
• Follow Kanban, JDE, and BOM-related procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
