Job summary

Expro is seeking an experienced welder/fabrication technician in Lafayette, LA to fabricate, maintain and repair equipment safely to standards. Responsibilities

• Fabricate, maintain and repair equipment safely and to required standards.
• Complete workscope per workpack, jobcard instructions, and drawings.
• Determine welding methods based on metallurgy and geometry.
• Observe welded tests (hydrostatic, x-ray, dimensional) for quality.
• Analyse drawings and specifications to plan layouts and welding operations.
• Maintain safety as a top priority to minimise incidents.
• Lay out, align and secure parts per specifications.
