Menasha Corporation is seeking skilled welders to join our fabrication teams. We fabricate and repair metal using various welding techniques, interpret blueprints, and ensure weld quality while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

You will be part of two leading packaging businesses, contributing to continuous improvement and teamwork across North America and Europe. The role emphasizes safety, training, and collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams or schematics.
• Ability to inspect welds for structural soundness.
• Ability to start up and shut down welding machines safely.
• Commitment to safety and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine welding process.
• Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Start up and shut down machines properly.
• Consistently and safely operate machines to standards of operation (waste, quality, efficiency).
• Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine/rack-related problems.
• Be flexible to work in non-welding areas when needed.
• Promote CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Contribute to a team effort.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
