Glenn Metalcraft Inc. in Princeton, MN is hiring a Welder III to join our production team. You will set up and operate welding equipment, maintain quality standards, and document processes while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong welding skills across Mig and Tig processes, blueprint reading, and adherence to safety protocols. This position offers qualifies and benefits with an emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4 years welding experience required.
• Holds at least three welding certifications (1G–6G) or three different materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement devices.

Responsabilités

• Advanced welding to produce metal components.
• Follow all safety policies including lockout/tagout.
• Weld multiple types (Mig, Tig, etc.) and set up components per specifications.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces for flaws; adjust welding machine as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report daily production quantities.
