Alloy Engineering, a 100% employee-owned company, is looking for an experienced Senior Welder / Fabricator with advanced MIG and TIG welding skills to join our fabrication team.
This is not an entry-level welding position. We are looking for skilled welders with at least 8 years of hands‑on welding and fabrication experience who can independently read blueprints, perform advanced shop math, fit and fabricate components, and produce high‑quality welds.
Candidates must have experience welding stainless steel and/or exotic metals and be comfortable working on complex fabrication projects.
All candidates are to complete an onsite weld test and written math test as part of the interview process. The assessments will help determine the candidate's demonstrated welding, fabrication, blueprint, measurement, and shop math skill level.
Hourly pay range will be based on experience and demonstrated skill level, including the results of the onsite assessments.

This role is a strong fit for a seasoned welder/fabricator who can do more than make production welds. We're looking for someone who can read a complex print, calculate dimensions, plan the fabrication process, fit components, MIG/TIG weld stainless steel or exotic metals, verify the finished product, and take ownership of quality from start to finish.
