Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Welding Technology or related field.
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing welding, preferably with robotic welding systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding of MIG, TIG, and STICK welding processes and their applications.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and Stick on diverse materials.
• Read blueprints, schematics and welding symbols to determine project specs.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and adherence to standards and codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment for safety and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; document welding activities.
