Qualifications

• AWS CW certification required.
• 3+ years of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols.
• Experience with grinders, plasma cutters and torches.
• Strong welding safety and quality control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials and thicknesses.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect welded components for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and accessories.
• Troubleshoot welding equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, compliant work area.
