Job summary

Jered LLC, a PAR Systems Company and leader in naval and maritime systems, seeks a Senior Fabricator for the Welding Fabrication Team. You will apply GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW to fabricate mission-critical components to MILSPEC standards, mentor junior fabricators, and support U.S.

Navy and global partners. We require 5+ years of advanced welding in heavy industry, current MIG/TIG/MAG certifications, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of advanced welding experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Current certifications in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW techniques.
• Maintain MILSPEC-level fabrication standards and pass advanced weld qualification tests (including 6G pipe).
• Troubleshoot equipment and interpret complex drawings.
• Mentor junior fabricators and support a safety-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and cranes and use precision measurement tools as needed.
