Job Summary:
Team eTel is seeking an experienced, MBI-cleared Senior API Developer / Architect to support the IRS Unified API (UAPI) initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WebMethods, Kong, and Java-based backend services, and a track record of work in federal agencies or IRS programs. This role requires full lifecycle involvement: solution architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of APIs, while adhering to government standards and security protocols.
