Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Web Pressman II or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and quality data.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate web presses at full production speeds.
• Lead setup, makeready, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or quality issues.
• Train and mentor lower-level press personnel.
