Job summary

Headway is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Web Platform to lead and grow the engineering team responsible for our core platform. You will partner with Engineering Leadership, Product, and Design to shape the roadmap and drive platform investments that directly enable Headway's product and business goals.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, emphasize technical excellence, and foster cross-functional collaboration with Design and Product to keep roadmaps aligned and outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 10+ years as a Software Engineer with frontend/web depth.
• Experience leading platform, infrastructure, or developer experience teams.
• Strong strategic communicator translating platform investments into business value.
• Track record of aligning multiple product teams and executing a shared roadmap.
