At Method, we strive to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, and we look for people who can work flexibly and enjoy working as part of a team. Strategic thinking and creative problem solving are key skills to have at Method, as well as the love of continuously learning and sharing knowledge.

Travel for team and client meetings is required, typically up to 15%.

  • Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
  • Strong capabilities with writing robust unit, component, and integration tests using tools like Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Strong understanding of state management tools like Redux, Context, and RTK Query.
  • Strong understanding of both static asset and server-side rendering implementations.
  • Strong familiarity with scalable UI development patterns ( design systems, responsiveness, reusable components, etc. ).
  • Strong experience implementing code quality enforcement tools, linters, and pre-commit hooks to improve code quality and development speed of the engineering team.
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to manage delivery expectations.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and tools for version control (i.e., Git, Bitbucket), continuous integration, and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • A passion for building high-quality, user-friendly software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Love learning and growing as much as delivering high quality products and features.

Nice to have:

  • Experience building and maintaining application analytics.
  • Experience utilizing tools to support monitoring, logging, and securing applications.
  • Experience architecting complex software systems.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
