Qualifications

• 8 years of knowledgeable website development experience.
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent; certifications preferred include ACE, MCSD, or front-end framework certifications.
• Experience with HTML, CMS platforms, Python, JavaScript, Google Analytics, and design tools.
• SharePoint knowledge for building solutions in SharePoint and MS Teams; knowledge of Graph API and REST API.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and enhance Draper's public website and intranet on SharePoint.
• Lead front-end and back-end development for external site and intranet.
• Develop content management strategy and ensure content is current.
• Test across browsers, optimize for speed and accessibility; implement SEO/AEO.
• Plan, prototype, document, and mentor junior developers.
