Worky is seeking a Senior Web Developer/Engineer to sustain the Defense Logistics Agency Finance Website and ensure secure, compliant operation. The role focuses on Java/J2EE development, Oracle WebLogic administration on RHEL, and vulnerability management for a government intranet tool.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Five+ years of relevant experience
• Certification from a recognized technical authority
• DoD 8570.01-M / 8140 IAT Level I baseline certification
• CE certification applicable to Oracle WebLogic/Linux
• Proficiency in Java, Python, WebLogic scripting, Linux shell scripting, C#, and HTML/JavaScript
• Experience administering Oracle WebLogic 14.x+ on RHEL
• Java/J2EE development with Struts 2/MVC, JDBC, JSP, Servlets
• Web programming: HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, AngularJS
• Experience with RHEL, Oracle DB, SQL
• Experience with IBM MQ/WebSphere MQ and JMS
• Security tooling: ArcSight, Splunk, SSL certs
• Security testing tools and Oracle Enterprise Manager
• Migration to Azure gov environments
• Proficiency with assistive tech and 508 standards
• Strong writing for DR, threat mitigation, design docs
• Strong problem solving and communication
• GIT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the DLA Finance Website in Java/J2EE to support financial reporting
• Install, configure, monitor, and service Oracle WebLogic Application Server; manage WLST and security realms
• Develop PL/SQL and SQL scripts; document performance improvements
• Maintain a web-based Finance and Audit Metrics tool for leadership metrics
• Build reports using BI tools to meet DLA Distribution budget reporting needs
• Code to Section 508 accessibility standards using assistive tech
• Perform vulnerability management; review scans and remediate findings
• Maintain STIG/RMF documentation and threat modeling for the app
• Manage log communication between ArcSight/Splunk and WebLogic
• Manage SSL certs with Wallet Manager, OpenSSL, Keytool; config WebLogic
• Support DLA Financial Web across RHEL and Windows; data imports
• Participate in migrating to Military/Gov Azure environments
• Translate business requirements into logical DB designs and project plans
• Provide second-level diagnosis of database problems with Oracle
• Produce deliverables: code, security docs, disaster recovery plans
• Attend DLA Information Operations and Finance leadership meetings
