Job summary

Smith House is seeking a Senior Website Designer with strong UI/UX and motion design skills in Phoenix. You will drive end-to-end website design from wireframes to pixel-perfect UI, balancing user needs with client goals.

You’ll collaborate with developers, participate in discovery sessions, and help maintain design systems and best practices across the team. Experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional design experience, especially web-focused.
• Strong portfolio with UI/UX and motion design examples.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects or Lottie, and prototyping tools.
• Strategic thinking, strong communication, and client-facing experience.
