Qualifications

• 5+ years of website design experience.
• Proficient with Figma.
• A portfolio showcasing elegant past web design projects.
• Motion design experience a plus.
• Prototyping experience.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.

Responsibilities

• Present homepage concepts to clients and walk them to a decision.
• Art-direct design output. Direction, edits, curation.
• Apply web design best practice so the work holds up on craft.
• Handle client feedback and steer revisions.
• Command the full design process including design creation and finalizing layouts for mobile and desktop.
• Identify true user needs and translate insights into workflows and interactions.
