Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Senior Web Designer & SharePoint Administrator to architect, design, develop, deploy, and sustain SharePoint environments for collaboration, knowledge management, and automated business processes.

You will lead configuration and site management, implement modern UI/UX, and ensure security compliance across DoD/Army policies while coordinating with ISSM/IT leadership. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/web design/computer science.
• 7–10+ years of SharePoint administration and web solution development in enterprise environments.
• Expertise with SharePoint 2016/2019 or SharePoint Online, including site collection and content management.
• IAT II Compliant (DoD/Army clearance compatibility)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, setup, configuration, and administration of SharePoint Server environments, including permissions and site collections.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
• Capture requirements and translate into automated solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Nintex.
• Deliver responsive web design improvements to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Provide proactive maintenance, performance optimization, and issue resolution for SharePoint services.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance with DoD/Army policies with ISSM/IT leadership.
• Document configuration baselines, architecture diagrams, test plans, and SOPs.
• Provide user training and onboarding for SharePoint capabilities and publishing.
• Support lifecycle upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.

Position is contingent upon contract awardThe Senior Web Designer & SharePoint Administrator is responsible for the architecture, design, development, deployment, and sustainment of Microsoft SharePoint environments supporting organizational collaboration, knowledge management, and automated business processes.
