Job summary

Mektra LLC is seeking a Senior Web Designer to lead the visual design of client-facing web apps and marketing sites. You will craft wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems that balance aesthetics with usability to drive conversions.

In this remote role (US preferred), you will collaborate with developers, establish visual direction for new projects, and iterate based on client feedback and user testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web typography.
• Experience designing for conversion: landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user flows.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
