Job summary

Business Integra (BI) seeks an experienced web designer/developer to lead theme development, content migration, and CMS integration across client projects.

You will manage teams, document customer requirements, and ensure designs meet standards using Sitefinity and Dreamweaver, with Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of increasing levels of responsibilities and supervisory or management responsibility.
• Expert web designers will support theme development, document detailed customer requirements and obtain acceptance from customer.
• Graphics design services including developing custom website designs and interfaces, adhering to established standards and guidelines, provide and/or purchase on behalf of the customer, photographs and images for us in design of websites.
• Content Management using Sitefinity and Dreamweaver.
• Migration and development of web content.
• Development services including template development, content development, Forms, surveys, RSS feeds, Search capabilities, web analytics, transaction based services, CMS integration.
• Capable of operating independently and managing teams of people to a common goal.
• Excellent people skills and strong technical knowledge required.
• Preference to Agile development capable with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead theme development and document customer requirements.

• Develop templates, forms, surveys, RSS feeds, CMS integration.
• Ensure CMS standards and best practices are followed.
