Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Weapons and Tactics Analyst to join our team providing tactical support for Air Force multi-domain operations at Robins AFB, GA.

This role requires graduate-level WIC training and extensive EW experience, with duties including mission planning, threat assessment, and sensor integration. You will serve as the primary advisor to commanders and joint mission planners, mentoring staff and contributing to tactics development, training events, and practical

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an applicable discipline.
• WIC graduate/patch with 10+ years in tactical data links, mission planning, and EW system employment.
• Ability to develop and execute mission plans integrating sensors and weapon systems.
• Strong collaboration with joint/coalition partners.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level tactical expertise in support of Air Force missions with EW integration.
• Support tactics development, mission planning, and threat assessments.
• Advise leadership on the optimal employment of weapon systems and sensors.
• Develop and refine TTPs aligned with Air Force doctrine.
• Employ Link-16/JTIDS in varied mission scenarios.
• Mentor and train junior tactics personnel.
