Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Weapons System Analyst (Nuclear Enterprise), Sr. to support DoD all-source intelligence on weapons of mass destruction programs, including proliferation and procurement of materials and knowledge. This position will be based in Reston, VA and requires U.S.

citizenship with a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance. The role involves analyzing foreign weapon systems, preparing analytic products for the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience (or 12 years without a Bachelor).
• Experience with DIA analytical writing standards & ICD 203/206.
• Demonstrates mission knowledge and completed developmental training for the labor category.
• Ability to communicate complex information and structures analytic questions from trends and perspectives.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to collaborate with IC members on information sharing, collection, and dispute resolution.
• Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products.
• Ability to guide teams researching multifaceted or critical problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyses current and future foreign weapon systems, including capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, and proliferation.
• Prepares analytic products informing the U.S. and allied defense communities about foreign weapon system developments.
