Edward Jones is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Oversight Officer to join Generations®. This role provides expert-level oversight of fiduciary financial planning and discretionary investment management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and firm philosophy.

You will coach planners and collaborate with portfolio managers, tax and estate experts, and internal stakeholders. Ideally, candidates bring a CFP, bachelor’s degree, 6–10 years of experience, and Series 7/66/52 licenses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience.
• CFP required.
• Series 7, 66 & 52 required within 6 months of hire.
• Strong financial planning knowledge and investment tools expertise.
• Familiarity with MoneyGuide Pro or similar software.

Responsabilités

• Review financial plans to ensure alignment with client objectives and fiduciary standards.
• Evaluate investment strategies and asset allocations.
• Assess risk, policy exceptions, and market exposures.
• Review and validate complex or high-net-worth client plans.
• Develop and refine investment policies and best practices.
• Coach planners, strategists, and consultants to deliver high-quality plans.
